    1. Mary Hobbs Hall

      Mary Hobbs Hall is an all-women's hall and houses approximately 54 upper-class residents. This unique building is the oldest residential facility on-campus and underwent renovations in 2015.

    2. Binford Hall

      Binford Hall is returning as first-year student housing after major renovations throughout 2017-2018 academic year. It houses approximately 160 residents.

      Binford Hall Facts:

      • Community Lounges throughout the building including a recreational space in the basement

    3. Shore Hall - Gender Inclusive Hall Community

      Beginning in fall 2017, Shore Hall will be designated as a gender inclusive residence hall community. Any upper-class student may request to live in Shore Hall, with any roommate, regardless of gender identity or expression, if they are interested in living in a community that is intentionally supportive of and advocates for gender inclusivity.     4. Bryan Hall

      Bryan Hall is a suite-style, co-ed residence hall designed to house up to approximately 215 first-year students.

      Bryan Hall Facts:

      • Central, outdoor courtyard
      • Suite-style: groups of up to eight students live in a suite with four double-occupancy rooms, and share a bathroom and unfurnished common area in the center of the suite

    5. South Apartments

      The South Apartments are a set of three buildings, housing approximately 140 upper-class students in four-bedroom, co-ed apartment units.

      South Apartments Facts

      • Each building is three floors of residences
      • Two bathrooms in each apartment
      • Common area furnished with: dining table and chairs, couch and armchair, coffee table, end table, TV stand
      • Cable TV hook-up in the common area
      • Standard apartment kitchen: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, kitchen sink, cupboards/drawers (cooking and dining supplies not included)
      • Carpeted floor except for the kitchen area which is tiled
      • Four single bedrooms per apartment

    6. North Apartments

      The North Apartments are a set of six buildings, surrounding a central, wooded area. Each building has four, four-bedroom, co-ed apartment units, housing approximately 96 upper-class students.

      North Apartments Facts

      • Common area furnished with: dining table and chairs, loveseat and two armchairs, coffee table, end table, light fixture
      • Cable TV hook-up in the common area
      • Standard apartment kitchen: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, kitchen sink, cupboards/drawers (cooking and dining supplies not included)

    7. Milner Hall

      Milner Hall will undergo major renovations during the 2018-2019 academic year. It will return as first-year student housing in August, 2019.

      Milner is the largest co-ed residence hall and houses approximately 250 first-year students.

      • Community Lounges on the first and second floor. First floor lounge has a pool table.

    8. English Hall - Honors Program Residence

      English Hall houses the Honors Program Residence, a co-ed residence hall of approximately 50 upper-class students who are honors students or who wish to reside in an intentionally, highly academically-focused environment. (You are not required to be an honors student to request English Hall.)

    9. East Apartments

      The East Apartments are a set of three buildings, housing up to 200 upperclass students in three-bedroom, co-ed apartment units.

      South Apartments Facts

      • Each building includes three floors of residences.
      • Common area furnished with: dining table and chairs, loveseat and armchair, coffee table/TV stand
      • Cable TV hook-ups.
      • Standard apartment kitchen: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, kitchen sink, cupboards/drawers (cooking and dining supplies not included).
      • Carpeted floor except for the kitchen area, which is tiled.
      • Three double-rooms per apartment (which can be used as single-occupancy rooms depending on occupancy).
      • Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom.
      • Laundry located within each apartment.
      • Wireless internet available throughout.
      • Located on the southeast end of campus.
      • Staffed by four resident advisers and a community director.
